Janine Daniels has 40+ years of customer service experience and has worked with over 700 manufacturer’s catalogs while purchasing products. This extensive experience allows her to help customers find products that will meet or exceed their needs while really working well in their homes. For Janine, the best part of her job is the happiness of her customers after successfully completing their projects. In her spare time, Janine enjoys making therapeutic jewelry.

Kristina McDonald is one of our dedicated Showroom Consultants at Coburn’s Kitchen & Bath Showroom in Hammond, where she has been helping customers since 2023. With an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Studies and several years of customer service experience under her belt, Kristina helps clients create their dream home or complete room projects—all within a selected style and budget. She takes pride in building relationships with customers and playing a key part in bringing their visions to life.

To deliver exceptional service daily, Kristina always positions her work from a place of authenticity, balance and mutual respect. That means listening to customer needs and challenges, and being honest about the best approach to achieve desired results. 

Outside of the showroom, she enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters, Kylin and Olivia, and their four dogs.
