With more than 40 years of experience in the appliance industry (including outside builder sales), Gene Segura has the extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise that clients need and deserve. With a focus on values including honesty, good work ethics, loyalty and appreciation, Gene enjoys the process of listening to each customer’s request and developing the best solutions for their particular needs. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, camping, traveling and woodworking.

Having been at Coburn’s in Lafayette since 1999, Leslye Broussard has learned the business from the ground up through extensive training, as well as interacting with plumbers, sales reps and customers. This hands-on knowledge and real-life work experience is what makes Leslye so good at her job. Helping people find the products they want at the best prices – and seeing the end results – is what she enjoys most. When not at work, Leslye likes spending time with her grandchildren and family, as well as remodeling and swimming.

Shori White has worked in the customer service industry her entire life and thoroughly enjoys bringing her customers’ home improvement and building plans to life. Whether through plumbing, appliances or lighting, she loves helping people put their own personality into their homes. Shori is also focused on making the selection process enjoyable and stress-free while delivering outstanding customer service. Outside of the showroom, Shori loves making memories with her family and friends.

Patty Perkins has extensive experience in plumbing, lighting, appliances, cabinet & door hardware and overall kitchen/bath design. She enjoys building relationships with customers and using her creativity and skills to help people make the best choices for their homes. When not at work, Patty enjoys landscaping, design/décor, concerts and ball games – and she is also involved in pit bull rescue and providing clothing/items for those less fortunate.

Donell Arabie is a showroom consultant based at Coburn’s Kitchen & Bath Showroom in Lafayette, LA. She first started with Coburn’s back in 1994. In 2022, Donell returned to our showroom and now brings showroom sales experience to her role.

Donell has worked her entire career in customer service and genuinely cares about the people she serves. According to her, the best part of her position is getting to meet new people, learn about their personalities and use that knowledge to make the shopping experience more fun and effective.

In her daily work, Donell helps customers find and receive the products they need within their project timeframes. Sometimes, it becomes necessary for her to identify potential alternatives if the customer’s first choice is not available or will not ship in time. In these instances, she is committed to locating similar products that can be accessed more quickly and still check the customer’s boxes for style, cost, and functional features.

When not at work, Donell enjoys watching baseball games as well as spending time with family and friends.
