Tracy Phillips brings 30 years of experience in the countertop industry to her position as a showroom consultant at Coburn’s in Conroe, Texas. Her strong customer service skills allow her to get a feel for each customer and which products will be right for them while staying within budget. Tracy loves working with people and enjoys the feeling of accomplishment that comes with completing tasks and meeting goals. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and working in her yard.

Stephanie serves as Region 10’s designated kitchen and bath specialist. Drawing upon her 20+ years of experience in the showroom, she enhances the value of Coburn’s services by assisting both customers and peers in sales, order management and product support. It’s clear that customer service is Stephanie’s passion and specialty, and our team couldn’t be happier to have her on board.
