Lisa Armstrong began working in the building and showroom sales department at Coburn’s in 2009 and now serves as the showroom consultant at the Longview, Texas branch. She loves working with builders and homeowners, hearing their vision and wishes for their home, and helping them finally reach their desired end product. Lisa is driven by values like integrity, collaboration and accountability. In her time off, she enjoys spending time with her seven grandbabies and being outdoors.

With more than 40 years of experience in retail sales, Nancy Emmel is a true professional who knows how to help customers achieve their dreams when it comes to kitchen and bath projects. She also takes pride in bringing honesty and integrity to her work in helping all of her customers at Coburn’s in Longview, Texas. When not at work, Nancy enjoys reading, digging in the dirt in her yard and spending time with her family.

Based in Longview, Kristen Pearson helps elevate customer satisfaction as our Showroom Consultant. She began her Coburn’s career as an office administrator, soon moving into sales on the showroom floor after discovering a passion for customer service. She understands that the decision-making process can be difficult for shoppers, especially when it comes to larger investments and designing their dream home. 

Each day, Kristen is driven by her desire for collaboration, her respect for others and the integrity she brings to each new project. To help those who are struggling with their selections, she brings a sense of ease when assisting customers in choosing the materials and products needed to achieve a certain style or result. For her, the best part of working at Coburn’s is making their home aspirations a reality. 

When she’s not at the showroom, Kristen loves spending time with her husband and daughter.
