Michelle Miller serves as showroom manager at Coburn’s in West Monroe and Ruston, Louisiana. She considers it a personal challenge to assist her customers in finding exactly what they are looking for while also staying within budget. As a manager, she strives to have her team treat every customer with the same level of service and respect, regardless of their budget. She also enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them feel at ease and confident in their selections of products. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys reading books on the beach, spending time with family and trying to keep up with her daughter’s love for softball.

Having been in sales all her life, Katie McCormick specializes in determining exactly what customers want and need. In addition to showroom sales, she has experience on the building/remodeling side of the industry – which gives her even more expertise in determining how to meet the customer’s needs while staying on budget. Katie believes in integrity, dedication and dependability and thoroughly enjoys interacting with her customers. Outside of the showroom, she enjoys gardening, music, travel and kayaking.
