With over 25 years of experience, Mandy Ross has a knack for helping customers to get what they want while also staying within their budget. With numerous certifications and training in various Coburn’s products, she enjoys meeting new customers and helping their homes to come together beautifully. Outside of work, Amanda loves to be with her family and also enjoys offshore fishing with her husband.

Rachel Collignon works in showroom sales at Coburn’s in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has been with the company since 2002. She truly enjoys helping people who are remodeling and building their homes and is known for her ability to help customers find the perfect styles, colors and products to make their projects the best they can be. Outside of the showroom, Rachel loves going to the beach and also enjoys watching sports and hanging out with family and friends.

Steven Schulz specializes in cabinet sales at Coburn’s in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. With 40+ years of experience in the building/manufacturing/casework industry, he creates customized solutions designed to deliver the perfect cabinetry for his customers’ unique needs – while also staying within their budget requirements. Steven enjoys the great work environment at Coburn’s and the way the entire team strives to keep customers happy. When not at work, Steven enjoys skiing, flying, golf and scuba diving.

Tabatha Roussel began her career with Coburn’s in 2017 within our administrative department before eventually transitioning to sales within the showroom. Today, she brings more than 10 years of customer service experience to her role as a showroom consultant. Driven by Coburn’s values of respect, honesty, and loyalty, she helps our customers navigate their product options to find the right styles that best fit their needs and budget.

When it comes to work, Tabatha most enjoys meeting new people, understanding their desires, and helping them to bring their project visions to life. Outside of the showroom, she stays in touch with her creative side through painting and crafting with resin. On the weekends, you can find her spending time with family and friends or enjoying Sunday brunch with her boyfriend.

Based in Baton Rouge, Kadia Klein holds a degree in construction management and has worked in construction for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Coburn’s in 2023, Kadia worked as a superintendent for a custom home builder and project manager for a residential plumbing company.

Outfitted with a strong work ethic and personal values, Kadia loves helping people build their dreams. With her industry experience, she understands how overwhelming design, building and renovation can be. That’s why she works hard to improve services that make her customers’ experience smooth and
stress-free. Her goal is to find the perfect fixtures and elements that fit their style and budget.

Outside of the showroom, Kadia loves spending time with her family and friends, hunting, and building furniture.

Based in Baton Rouge, Sara Broussard helps clients find the perfect selections to complete their dream home. Having worked in customer service for 13 years before joining Coburn’s, she brings a wealth of knowledge when it comes to enhancing the shopping experience and solving problems.

Sara understands how overwhelming the design process can be — especially for a remodel or new build. She makes the experience fun while delivering all the details needed to make the best selections for any project. She is driven by her dedication to client satisfaction and strives to be supportive in any way she can, both to her clients and Coburn’s team members.

Outside of the showroom, Sara enjoys spending quality time with family while being a great mother to her son.
