With more than 23 years of experience in appliance and plumbing sales, Buddy Kohnke has what it takes to provide customers with ideal solutions for their individual needs. He truly enjoys helping people and is also dedicated to working hard, providing for his family and setting a good example for his children. When not at work, Buddy really enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

As one of our Lake Charles showroom consultants, Michelle Burch helps customers navigate new builds and remodels with clarity and confidence. She knows the number of choices can be overwhelming, especially if you’re unfamiliar with design best practices. This is why she focuses on creating a clear path forward so that each client leaves their consultation with a better understanding of what will work best for their vision.
Before joining Coburn’s in 2025, Michelle worked as a fitness coach, where she discovered her passion for helping people reach their goals. She brings that same motivation, discipline and encouragement into the showroom today. Her work is driven by integrity and discipline, and she takes pride in delivering an experience centered on genuine care.
In her personal time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, Zydeco dancing and staying active with regular workouts.

Crystal Trevino joined Coburn’s in 2025 as a showroom consultant for our Lake Charles location. With her strong background in customer service, she excels at helping clients feel comfortable and confident as they begin their kitchen and bath projects.
Knowing that many customers walk into the showroom unsure of where to start, Crystal takes time to explain each step of the process, so customers feel informed, supported and ready to move forward.
Prior to joining Coburn’s, Crystal built her customer service career in the banking industry with IberiaBank, where delivering a consistently positive experience was essential. That same commitment carries into her work today, as she strives to treat every customer with kindness and respect.
When she’s not at work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and going Zydeco dancing in Lafayette with friends.
